Coaching is an enabling form of therapy.  It is useful to help you harness and develop skills to reach personal and/or professional goals and to help you reach your full potential.  

There is less unpacking of your past and life experiences and more focus on the here and now and a more future oriented approach. Where you are and where you would like to be.  

However, there is an element of therapeutic empathy and non-judgment with the way I  work with you.  This is to enable you to become more creative and honest with your own understanding of your hopes and expectations. 

​Creating the right environment in which your potential can thrive and how to enhance your skills is an important key to a successful outcome with coaching.  You need to be heard. I need to listen.  We both need to understand what it is you want and need and what is getting in the way or what is there for the taking.
I will work with you over three hours - either one session a fortnight or monthly, and we will explore what brings you to coaching, what you are looking to achieve and what are your goals. 

The areas you might want to explore can relate to your work, your work-life balance, your relationships with people in your life, dealing with stress and anxiety,  depression,  physical or mental health issues, sudden changes in circumstances due to loss or existential changes.

PTSD or ADHD can also impact our lives and relationships and coaching therapy can be beneficial in creating new coping strategies and help to release new energies and create a sense of self worth in your internal world and integration into the world around you.
